Who is responsible
Eutopix Labs Prosta Spółka Akcyjna (P.S.A.), ul. Hoża 86/410, 00-682 Warszawa, Poland, provides Prairie Grid Pro.
App data stays on the device
Prairie Grid Pro does not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, precise location, saved sites, lookup history, job names, notes or other app content. Legal descriptions, history, saved sites and preferences remain on the device.
Location and maps
Location access is optional and used on the device only after the user requests a reverse lookup, distance or bearing. If the user chooses navigation or sharing, coordinates are passed to the selected map service, app or recipient under that party's privacy policy.
Purchases
Apple processes the one-time purchase through StoreKit. Eutopix Labs does not receive complete payment-card details.
Support communications
If a user emails us, we receive the address, message and attachments they choose to send. Support correspondence is ordinarily retained for up to 24 months after the matter is closed unless law requires longer.

Applicable data-protection requests can be sent to privacy@eutopixlabs.io. Users may also complain to their competent supervisory authority.
